Optimus EPS and Optimus 360 System Builder

This application will generate a bill of materials for Optimus EPS and Optimus 360 systems. Please note, Dometic is not responsible for system configurations unavailable in this app. For guidance, contact your Dometic sales representative.

The vessel should already be surveyed with respect to placement of PCM and pumps. This allows the length of hydraulic hose and communication harness to be entered. For electric steering actuator systems the rigging length from actuator to helm should be known. Harness lengths for extra stations should be known.

Determine how the tach signals will be input. The PCM can accept analog tach signal or NMEA 2000 standard engine data. If NMEA 2000, know if a network is already existing in the vessel or if a network will be needed.

If the vessel is fitted with triple or quad engines, the centers and height difference between the inner and outer engines should be entered.
